Custom RISC Processor

  • I led the project by outlining our RISC processor architecture with fixed 9-bit instructions and 8-bit data for eight general purpose registers.
  • I helped assemble our processor components in SystemVerilog and created a Python-based assembler to convert ARM functions into our processor's custom machine code.

Music Generation with RNNs

  • I designed a symbolic music generation model using RNNs trained on MIDI datasets.
  • I incorporated `miditoolkit` to extract features and improved the model's accuracy by 12% through hyperparameter optimization, resulting in a unique piece of music.

Moody Melodies (React Application)

  • I led the backend development of this React application, which aimed to generate a mood-catered playlist using the Spotify API.
  • I designed a recommendation system by mapping specific feelings to API parameter values.
  • I mentored teammates on the Spotify API to complete a swift, deployable product with quality results.

About Me

My passion for computer science dates back to fourth grade, where the Gifted and Talented Education (G.A.T.E.) program introduced me to coding. The programs and games I was able to make in Scratch were mind-blowing and allowed me to express my creativity and indulge in my curiosity. This enthusiasm continued into middle and high school, where I joined the Robotics club and helped out the software team for our robot. After achieving excellent scores on my AP Computer Science exams, I decided I wanted to major in computer science and pursue what I love as a career. Now, with the skills I've practiced in university, I can once again express my creativity through projects like this website, and I look forward to continuing to learn throughout my career.
